We are a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Youth and Women's Mountain Bike Camps, Laramie Bikenet, our local bicycle safety and advocacy group, and our local trail stewardship group COG. We are very thankful you have shown an interest in supporting our small town cycling event which has become one of the longest standing mountain bike races in the nation. In-kind donations are welcome but subject to Race Team approval. If you have an idea of how we can work together, please contact us so we can partner to make cycling more fun and sustainable for our community.
All levels of sponsors are encouraged to provide promotional materials, coupons, and/or event announcements for us to include in the racers SWAG bag. Other promotional items (koozies, bottles, nutrition, etc.) must be approved to count toward sponsor level.
*If you sponsor at the bronze level or more your company name and/or logo will be on the poster. To ensure you get the most for your money, please consider having your pledge to our sponsorship coordinator by March 15th to ensure we can get your information on the poster before we ship it out. Posters are distributed to bike shops in Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, California, Idaho, South Dakota and Texas and to businesses throughout Laramie.
